[ Thankfully for Tyr, he thinks he just hit her arm and she's angry about it being damaged and possibly burning her skin on contact.

But either way, he doesn't waste any time in trying to toss her off so he can get away from her. Though casting the sleep spell with bound arms isn't going to be easy... ]

Ugh-! Stop moving, you-!

[Distracted as she is, she falls to the side, hissing at the hot metal of her arm. Dammit--it's not moving properly, either.]

[ Seeing her fall like that makes him scared for her, but he has to keep reminding himself that she's not Rita. ]

Sorry...

[ For his Rita. For now, he needs to try getting his hands free, and he doesn't think that last trick will work as well when he has nothing to pull on but his other arm. So...wiggling out is his first option. ]

[Wiggling out will probably do the trick, as the whip isn't the best tie.

She practically spits out her response-]

Shut up! I'm gonna make you pay for everything you've ruined!

[Her arm's dead weight now, not to mention hot so she can't detach it without burning her fingers. She snarls at him and tries to stagger to her feet, though the flash from the fire left spots in her eyes.]

[ He grimaces hearing that. Right now, he doesn't know the full extent of the damage, assuming her blastia arm is just hurting her. ]

You asked for this!

[ If he weren't trying so hard to get away from her, he'd take advantage of her weakness and knock her back down. Maybe tie her--

He's surprised that he can actually slip his hands out of her whip now. He quickly pulls the whip off of himself and shoves it in his pocket to use later. Now he can really cast. ]

Shut up! What does a nobody like you know?!

[She turns towards him, face contorted in rage. He's caused so much damage, and she doesn't even care that it can be replaced or repaired; she's intent on ruining him in her fury.]

[ He tenses, but quickly takes his casting stance. ]

I know that you're easy to overpower if I wanted to.

[ He doesn't know if she realises she can cast again, but he's not wasting time with Silent Lake when he can knock her out for good. ]

[negativegate]

[Her lips twist in an angry sneer and she makes a violent gesture with her hand.]

If you really think that, you're an idiot!

[And she comes at him again.]

[ And he swings a leg out to try to trip her, holding up an arm to shove her away if that doesn't work. ]

You're an over-confident idiot.

[She dodges the leg, but comes up against his arm and tries to push him back.]

I'm Rita Mordio!

[-As if that should say it all.]

[ He stumbles back without a fight and scoffs at her reply. ]

You're nothing.

[ Now for the spell... ]

I'm more than you can comprehend!

[She scowls and keeps pushing him back.]

[ Until he rushes at her to punch her in the stomach, hoping to catch her off guard. ]

[And he does; she groans sharply and hunches over.]

Guh- You--you idiot!

[blackshadow]

[ He makes his mind go blank so he can keep fighting her. He won't kill her; he just needs to fight with her to get her to stop. Defeat her.

She doesn't get a reply to that other than him jumping at her and trying to pin her down. ]

[She's positive she can throw him off-

But instead she grimaces, because her arm is still painful from ripping off the belt, and her other one is barely moving.]

Damn you! Get off of me!

[blackshadow]

[ He looks concerned still, but he's not about to listen to her. Instead, he just pins down her human arm, not worried about the one that can hardly move, and decides to just cast like this. ]

No way. This is over.

[negativegate]

[It's not even hot enough to use to burn him now. How can she lose like this? She glowers and tries to thrash from side to side.]

No! You're weak and pathetic!

[blackshadow]

[ He stays steady over her this time, refusing to just be thrown off. ]

Keep saying that...

[ And he starts his incantiontion. ]

[She doesn't stop her struggle, twisting every which way like a wild animal.]

Shut your mouth!

[blackshadow]

[ So much for not acting like an animal... He squeezes her wrist tightly and lifts his hips off her to save himself the distraction. ]

Ugh...

Sleepy Wind!

[If she thinks she can take advantage of that by getting away, it's useless--the spell washes over her.]

Ugh...You-

[And she stops moving, eyes slipping shut, and lies still.]

[ He watched for a moment, then stands up.

And pulls off her boots.

And her bodhi blastia.

Just to be safe.

After that, he scoops her up and carries her over to the bed to heal her properly. ]

Rita, of course, doesn't stir or feel anything.]

[ He is! After last time...

He watches her until midnight - this time prepared to put her to sleep again if she wakes up. ]
