[She makes a small noise of contempt, moving over to his hand. Her eyes linger hungrily on the rune for a moment, then she pulls out the needles.]

You can have a break. You're no good to me if you're finished, after all.

[ He gasps as they're pulled out, eyes instantly drawn over to his hand and the little pools of blood welling where the needles had been. ]

[Rita is unbothered, though she pauses for a moment.]

Are you capable of healing yourself?

[ He looks down to his hand and the drops of blood rolling off it as he casts a quick spell. Healing Drops comes out as just a mumble, though the spell is as thorough as ever as the water hits his right hand. ]
